- Hi,
-
- Amiga mice are very hard to get here... and they are usually more expensive.
- I know how to use a PC (serial) mouse on an Amiga.
-
- The problem is that the mouse is connected to my serial-port, this means
- that I cannot use the mouse and the modem at the same time :(
-
- I've heard that there are several different mice-protocols for the PC. And
- one of them was a BUS-something mouse. These mice can be easily modified
- to connect on the Amiga mouse-port (just switching some wires).
-
- My question is:
- - Is it easy to get one of those BUS-something mice or is everything
- Microsoft-compatible now;
- - Where can I get more info on this subject;
- - Are there other mice which I can use (with or without an easy
- modification) on my Amiga.
-
- Thanks!
